Advanced English Details
Advanced English Course (CEFR C1)
This course is ideal for students who are currently at, or who are wanting to achieve, an advanced level of English equivalent to C1 level on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) scale. If you want to improve your English skills for study, work, immigration and everyday life purposes, this course will help you:
- learn C1-level vocabulary
- improve your English Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking skills
- communicate more easily and effectively in English
- be more confident when using English
- progress to your desired English level so you are ready to take your test
The Advanced English syllabus includes:
- 6 modules on everyday English themes that will help you use English in the real world
- 3 lessons per module on interesting theme-based topics
- Each lesson contains: An introduction activity, a vocabulary lesson, a collocations lesson, a vocabulary review and interactive practice activities in Reading, Listening, Writing and Speaking
- Instant marking of your answers
- Automated feedback on your pronunciation
- A test at the end of each module to check your progress
Essential Grammar
Essential Grammar is for students who want to improve their English grammar. To be ready for this course, you should be at or above pre-intermediate (B1) level. It is designed to help you consolidate your knowledge of core English grammar rules needed to ace a high stakes English exam. The course has seven modules for the seven different grammar points (nouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, prepositions, pronouns, articles) and includes video lessons, practice activities and assessments.
